By booking a session with PhotoStudio, you agree to the specific details of the service (duration, location, equipment) as outlined in your individual quote or booking confirmation. We strive for excellence in every capture, and our services are provided using professional-grade photography and videography equipment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment must be made upon completion of the session, or as specified in your contract. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, including GST for our Indian clients, and are subject to change for international currency fluctuations.
PhotoStudio retains full copyright of all photographs and videos produced. Upon full payment, we grant our clients a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media for personal or agreed-upon commercial purposes. Clients are not permitted to resell, alter, or claim authorship of the works without our express written consent.
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled without loss of deposit. For cancellations within 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited. Force majeure events (severe weather, emergencies) will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
While we take every precaution, PhotoStudio is not liable for data loss due to equipment failure, theft, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such rare cases, our liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid for the affected portion of the service.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
